im a shy guy that has never flirted with girls...Any suggestions on how and when to flirt?

Reply:Do some research. If you really like a girl, find out what her interests are, and develop some of your own so that you will have something to talk about. If you want an interesting girl, become interesting yourself. Find out what you have in common and talk about it. That will be a natural segway into asking her on a date to go do something that your both interested in. Whatever you do, dont give her those corny pick-up lines. That tells a girl that you are very unintelligent and are probably only interested in sex. Just be very respectful, honest, and try not to be too pushy. Then you will do fine. :o)

Reply:Look them in the eyes, smile a lot, make them laugh and feel comfortable around you, at ease. Every once in a while touch their arm (but dont get grabby) if she has half a brain she'll get your into her.
